Palo Blanco School
Palo Blanco School (Fuente de Agua Viva), located on the outskirts of Jarabacoa, began in 2001 as a preschool head-start program in a rented house. Decades later, the ministry has grown into a holistic pre-K to 12th-grade school, serving over 300 students daily.
Located in a poor farming community plagued by violence and child labor, the school has been a catalyst for significant positive change over the past 20 years.

Current Ways to Pray
-
Please pray that the Lord would raise up someone to guide and motivate our team with renewed energy, intention, and dedication. Recently, we’ve been longing for more spiritual energy and intentionality in our devotions and within our group.
-
Many students and staff have missed school due to illness, and it seems like each week we have new cases. Our staff are facing a variety of health challenges, including cancer, miscarriage, and various physical limitations. Pray for quick healing and comfort for all those affected.
-
We need teachers and staff in various roles, yet have limited applicants. Pray that God raises up dedicated and mature leaders to serve alongside us.
-
Praise God for this year’s record number of sixth-grade graduates, and pray for the incoming class of 3-year-old preschoolers as they begin their educational journey and many hear the Gospel for the first time.
-
Our preschool class has 19 students who are still in need of Student Champions.
